Cranbury Barn
Cranbury
An existing three bay barn was stripped to its white oak frame and temporarily moved out of the way to put in a new foundation and slab with radiant heat. Back on the new foundation, the frame was enclosed in ultra efficient structural insulating panels and finished inside and out with shiplap pine siding. A welded steel bridge, exposed spiral air conditioning duct work, and concrete kitchen countertops declare that this barn has been reincarnated as something a bit more than a place to keep the hay dry.
